Marlo had exactly what we we looking for and a great price. The sales associate, Thomas C., was great in helping us. He was friendly and made us feel very comfortable. The selection was good and they offer whatever style you're looking for. I definitely will recommend Thomas and Marlo to my friends!

Your employee name Thomas did a very good job for helping my family to find out what we need in this store, so me and my family were very satisfied with his service and helping us. My family was really happy with the selection of furniture they had. My family would come here again in the future. Thank you Thomas for your service.

Never...EVER...EVER...shop here! I purchased and PAID IN FULL for my purchase of a hutch and side table 16 1/2 weeks ago. Yes...I paid in full back in SEPTEMBER when I order the items and it is JANUARY 10TH. When we ordered we were told it would be 4 -6 weeks. I assumed in my head that meant 8 weeks and basically was prepared not to get the items until Thanksgiving. (I had read the reviews online, but they were the only place that had a piece that I liked so I figured....how bad could it be...IT'S THAT BAD!) Well Thanksgiving came and went and so did Christmas. STILL NO FURNITURE! They are supposedly delivering this weekend. We'll see... Also, I have called them over 15 times! Unless someone has picked up the phone when I have called don't expect your phone call returned. I have NEVER, NOT ONCE received a call back! When I asked for some type of discount for the ridiculous wait time, I was told they would credit me back the $80 delivery fee. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago and I was told it would take 5 -10 days to post on my credit card. It's still not there...of course...why would it be?!? I called yesterday about the delivery and about the credit to my account. I was told they're delivery on Saturday, but that they didn't know anything about the $80 and that someone would have to call me back...did that happen? NO! I'm very nervous about getting the furniture this weekend. What it's it's damaged? I'll be stuck with it, because there's not way this company is going to do the honorable thing! I will update this review once (IF) I receive my order, receive my credit (which should be WAY MORE THAN $80), and receive my furniture in unharmed condition. Maybe I'll get a response to this, since they IGNORE my phone calls!

OMG!! This is the most AMAZING time I had shopping for furniture. A friend of mines referred me to the Marlo store in laurel and insisted that I work with Thomas. Upon entering the store I was please to see a wide variety of furniture. I was greeted with a hand shake and a very lovely smile from Thomas. It was refreshing to be greeted by a sales associate in such matter seen many sales associate forgets their customers service. Thomas made shopping for furniture very enjoyable and easy. He first listens to my needs and wants then ask questions and last but not least he made suggestions which was very helpful. I wish there was a Thomas everywhere I shop because he made everything so easy and his customer service is over and above magnificent. He is very knowledgeable about furniture. Can't wait for our home remodeling to be done.

Thomas was super helpful and we got a great deal. Our items came in 3 weeks which I was so happy about. Everyone loooooves our new living room set including my fiancé and I. Only issue I had was that I wish they told us our chair would hold up the delivery since it was not available before we decided on that particular one (although our sectional was ready) or we would have to pay for the chair delivery. Anyways, besides that everything was great and that wasn't Thomas' fault.
