No long ago this was the Embassy Suites, so the general layout should be familiar for those who've stayed at other locations. From the outside, the architecture looks quaint, a noticeable departure from the other larger hotels along the main street, which are mostly glass and concrete. This had more of a lodge look. Surprisingly (or not), the interior is more generic, very simple. Included are a breakfast buffet (seems to run out of cutlery after the first hour of service) and later in the day there's happy hour (free popcorn, pretzels, and soft drinks). Indoor pool. Throughout our stay, staff was excellent. King bed was so lumpy, it was more comfortable lying on the sofa. Time for a refresh of the rooms and furnishings. It's nothing fancy, but just a smidge above average, and seems to tailor for those with young kids.

This is a darling hotel with lots of charm and friendly staff. The daily breakfast has many choices and is quite a deal since it was included in the cost of the room. The rooms are spacious and decorated in the mountain theme. The rooms however do need a little updating. We found the mattress in two different rooms sag very badly. Our lock mechanisms failed and the phones didn't work.

Loby and the inside was absolutely beautiful. The room itself could be better 4/5. The valet parking was $19 a day, and after checking out we had to wait 15min for the car 2/5. U can always self park for free in the back of harrahs but at your own risk. Breakfast is included to all guests. But weekends are extremely crowded, but good selection 4/5

Beautiful hotel lobby area. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed for furnishings. Could use a little more attention to detail on the cleaning. The only other surprise was there is no private parking. All parking is through the valet service. They charge $19 a day for this. I would have preferred to park in a parking garage and walk back into the hotel

Great family place. Great breakfast and also have a little snack in the afternoon. They even have happy hour. The pool and spa was very nice then even have adult time no kids after 10pm. They even have a pond in the resort
