Went here for routine maintenance.  The service guys were friendly and welcoming. Work was performed as per expectations. Suggestions were provided regarding the status of my car and when I should come next. Price was very reasonable compared to other dealers. 

Parking is limited since it is a busy road. They did not offer a ride back or ask how I am going to commute back after leaving my car. Car wash is not part of the service.

If you want a miss matched bumper job, come here! This place was a disappointment and disorganized mess. They took a month to fix my bumper, they at lost my keys then stressed me out, only to find out an employee took my keys home with him. My bumper had to be re-done twice! And they put extra 40 miles on my car that weren't there before and had new scratches upon retrieving it. It's unfortunate that I was never truly satisfied with the outcome. However, I was tired of dealing with them. I even called corporate about it and it was only through them that they compensated me with a $50 credit for my next service. Honestly, that doesn't even cover an oil change, but at least it was something. In the end, the staff apologized and the manager tried to help me by washing my car. I'm never going there again.

Great customer service! They take the time to look at any problem or issues or concerns you might have with your car and they are very accommodating and the staff is very friendly.

Do not go to this location. They are a bunch of liars and will not fix issues. Instead of fixing issues, they will refer you to Mazda Experience to fix their screw up. I made a mistake buying a mazda and will never buy one again. I will let everyone I know to never buy a crappy car due to my horrible experience with this dealership and others near by. Besides the dealership not helping out, the Mazda Experience is extremely horrible. This is a warning to those who is thinking of buying a car from this dealership and being put into a loop. Especially the manager of this location is horrible and should be fired for lying to their clients.

A terrible experience from them from getting my car to returning it. Despite the fact they leased my car, they told me they were at capacity and could not accept it when I tried to return it. Funny fact, they cannot do that. Also, do not take your car into getting serviced by them. My family took in a vehicle to get a standard service and they damaged the car, and were proud of themselves for alerting us to the damage. Actually told us they could have easily not told us. Go to South Bay or Galpin, they’re much more helpful.
