So I leased a Hyundai from here last summer and decided now is a good time to write a review after 7,000 miles. Now of course I'm not going to rate the car company, because it should be about the dealership. I'm pleased to say after shopping around for a week at other Hyundai dealers, Miller had the better mileage allowance. They took my trade and gave me a competitive price for my new lease while rolling in my previous vehicles pay off. However, when I was ready to make my first payment, they told me I could do it through the dealership, and they would send it in for me. Well that wasn't the case. I kept getting calls from Hyundai motor finance for weeks saying the payment hasn't even been processed. Miller insisted that it had. Well come to find out they rejected my method of payment and never processed it, it wasn't declined, they just decided to not process it. So I'm stressing out everyday for over 2 weeks about this late payment and how it made me look on my first PAYMENT. IVE NEVER MADE A LATE PAYMENT IN MY LIFE ON ANYTHING! I was livid! Having to call EVERYDAY to figure out what was going on, getting a different person through Hyundai finance everyday and hearing the same "you shouldn't process a payment through the dealership. They are literally doing the same thing you can with an envelope in your name. Its unofficial." Then I had to drive all the way back to Miller because some papers weren't signed correctly... Thank God I don't have to visit for almost 2 more years. Overall they didnt try and put me in something else. And they were direct with the buying process. I wanted the car that day but told me I would have to wait until tomorrow, which is total bologna. I was a salesman and you can buy a car the same day. It takes seconds to get approved. I won't be returning to re-lease.

I have not one thing negative to say. I went there to buy a car and DID. salesperson and finance manager went way beyond what the needed to. I can't see myself EVER buying a car anywhere else from this point on! EXCELENT EXPERIENCE.......If I could give 10 stars I would!!

I recently purchased my first car at Miller Hyundai. I worked with John Castelli  and he was beyond wonderful. He worked very hard to get me into a great car and make sure I was happy when I left the dealer ship. If you are looking for a great car and wonderful service I encourage you to go to Miller Hyundai and ask for John Castelli you will not be disappointed!!

John Stout is the best. He sold us our last two cars and has been very professional. We really,like him not pushy at all. Great guy. Hope he is there a long time.
