I recently bought a mattress online and it was a great customer service experience, but the mattress was deformed so I returned it and went mattress shopping again. I chose to shop at a Mattress Firm as many of my peers had verbally praised this particular mattress retailer, and it was the best mattress buying decision I could have made. The Mattress Firm sales representative was professional, courteous, and genuinely wanted to help my wife and I get something we would be comfortable sleeping on and could afford. He worked diligently never missing a beat with all of the questions we (my wife, myself, and my father who accompanied us as well) had. He was probably the best sales person I have met. Where most others would have been overwhelmed by the incoming store calls and three people asking questions, he was calm and collected and we never felt as if we were not being valued as customers. If you are in the market for a new mattress take advantage of the current promotion mattress firm is offering and go shop at this store location. You will be happy you did.

I was very impressed with the customer service at this store. The manager, Erin (I hope I spelled that right), was extremely helpful in taking care of my needs. I had been quoted a price on a twin bed set from another MattressFIRM in League City and she was able to retrieve that quote from her system and supply me everything I needed. She even helped educate me on what type of mattress matches best with different types of sleepers. I was very pleased. I was able to get what I wanted, when I wanted it, and at the price I wanted. I will definitely shop MattressFIRM in the future.

Walked in not knowing anything about mattresss. Madison was great, very patient and informative! Would definitely recommend this place! Awesome sells experience!

Appearantly next day delivery does not really mean next day. Purchased mattress on a Friday only to find out I can't get it delivered until Sunday or Monday.
