Store isn’t bad. Nice salespeople. Delivery guys were nice. Furniture was damaged and they sent the wrong mattress. Bought a canopy bed for my daughter and there is a major ding on the headboard, ding on one rail, ding on one canopy post and a rip on the bunk board cover. Single bed and they sent a full sized mattress. Basically a total disaster. They took the mattress back and are supposed to send replacements for the bed and bunk board. We had hoped to buy a new bunk bed for our boys as well as a sleeper sofa for the guest room but after this experience, no way.

When I shop for large items I want to look without a salesman acting like a vulture. Marcus was great, after he introduced himself he left us alone. Marcus would check on us and was never to far away, if we had questions, but not hanging over my shoulder. He was knowledgeable about his products and was able to make suggestions that helped us shop.

This was the first and last experience I had with Rooms To Go. I had ordered my furniture two weeks ago and planned to have the day off so I could be here for delivery. They called the day BEFORE to notify me that they changed it from Friday to Monday. I was at work so of course I didn't get the message. No voicemail was left or email sent. Nothing. I did talk to the salesperson (Shirley) who never said anything about the date change. When I spoke the manager Brian, he was totally rude and unapologetic. It was like he couldn't be bothered as to why I was inconvenienced. People here are still reeling from the effects of Harvey but he couldn't care less. Then I told him to just refund my money. He says, well you wont find a better price on another mattress. Paying less or more is not what's going to keep me as a customer, it's the service. He gladly refunded my money. He'd rather lose business than keep customers happy. Don't waste your time coming here.

I went in today looking for a living room set to be delivered as soon as next week. I saw a floor model set at a great price. I paid for it in full. About 20 min after I left I got a phone call that the furniture I already paid for was not available and had already been sold yesterday. Ok, mistakes happen. But then he said "yeah I don't remember if you heard when we were checking out that guy say he thought the furniture was already sold" ...no I didn't but if you did, don't you think you should have looked into that before you completed the sale? I guarantee you I would have stayed and found something else. They couldn't just reverse my charge, I had to drive all the way back and run my run my card again for the reversal because the only other option was to mail me a check. Everyone was very nice but not looking into if something is sold or not is just pure laziness and I will not be going back.

Horrible customer service experience, these folks just don’t care. Gave me the run around and forced me to come back to the store to cancel my order, yet again wasting my time. No one in the office even asked me about my experience or how they could improve. Furniture looks great and store is very clean but beware after you sign and purchase don’t expect and customer service from there. Sales lady MAC never even returned my call, the main office called less than 24 hours before my delivery and told me they had to reschedule and the next available day was 8 days after the original delivery day. They offered me $30 in store credit for my inconvenience.. cant even buy anything in the store for $30. So bad almost comical, lost my business for life!
