Amazing store! Staff is very helpful and don’t hound u to make a sale. Everything is gorgeous! Some things are a bit on the expensive side but it’s totally worth it to fancy up your home. I didn’t buy anything- mainly went to browse and look at color schemes/ideas. I’ll be back to make a purchase one day!

I went to Zgallerie (Baybrook) 2-3 weeks ago to look for a couch for my apartment. I saw this really chic sectional and with the help of one your associates, Taralynn (I believe), I was able to throw around some ideas of what to do with my apartment. I was still torn between that couch and another at a different furniture store. I decided to come back today hoping to have some help making my decision. When I walked through the door, I said "hello," and no reply was returned. There were two associates standing at the register, talking. I walked past them with my son and made eye contact with the gentleman, and still no response from him or the young lady. I was in the store maybe 7 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence or offering to help. I am a manager for a bank and I have to deal with customers on a larger scale (traffic wise) so I know that customer service is your brand and that simply was not exemplified today. Honestly, I'm offended! I was the ONLY PERSON in the store. I came back in to get their names and Leo and Veronica should understand what excellent customer service is.
