We had a wonderful experience shopping at Star Furniture. This was our third time, and they haven't disappointed us. Our sales consultant was Laura, and since the moment we walked in she made us feel welcomed. We visited different furniture stores looking for an elegant and well crafted dining set and we really loved the one we found at Star furniture. Processing and delivery were done quickly and within our expectations. We highly recommend Star furniture!

I enjoyed the store visit and the assistance provided by Lucia in making my decision. She was polite, professional and took the amount of time necessary to make my purchase enjoyable. The furniture received was as described and Lucia's recommendation fit my living room perfectly.
Out of everything that was involved with this purchase the only thing that could be improved is the time from the initial order to date of delivery.

We had a really great experience at Star. We found everything we needed since we needed furniture for a 5 bedroom home. Carol Jones was fantastic at helping us do this. She is such a great salesperson and never pushy but always showed us exactly what we were looking for.

Simply the best furniture shopping experience I've ever had! Not only is the quality of the furniture great, but the customer service was phenomenal! Maria Rux was fantastic, knowledgeable and very helpful! She made the entire experience easy and painless! And I want to include the delivery guys in my review. They were so professional and careful while they were unloading my furniture. Not to mention friendly! I now know where to go when I need furniture. Well deserved 5 ⭐️!

Love the size of the store and variety of styles and price points. Carol Jones is my salesperson I always request. She's got a really good eye, is really helpful and not salesy!
