Just wrong I simply asked for a new one because it was a hockey puck then I get this over done Mayo ? I bet who ever made my chicken spit in it… amazing
Don't do it...I just needed a quick bite because I was going to be on the road for 2 hours. Every time I go to McDonald's I say it's going to be the last time I do, they can't even stack a hamburger without it looking like it's falling over and I asked for extra pickles and they just stack them all in one spot instead of spreading them out. The service is never that friendly when you have kids serving you. I seriously don't know how they stay in business. And this location in Jacksonville put the nail in the coffin for me, I won't be back.
Under $9.00 breakfast treat included a large cinnamon roll served warm, egg and cheese biscuit, and hot coffee. Service was quick, staff was friendly, and food was hot and prepared as ordered.
The restaurant is a very good one, clean and customer service is excellent. Extremely slow in the weekend. You will stay almost an hour to get your food fast food. I have experience this every weekend. Supervisors please fix this.
On the way to southern Carolina from south Florida. This please was a welcome to two hungry storm chasers. Food was hot and just what we needed after eating sandwiches for 5 days. Thank you for being the only place open during a hurricane that even Waffle House closed in
Extremely slow service. Ordered a couple happy meals curbside. When I got there the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. After waiting 15 mins the drive thru line had completely emptied. We were the only ones waiting for a curbside order so I went in to see what was going on. My food was sitting there on the counter. Not sure how long it had been there. When I asked the employee if that was the curbside order they all seemed confused. After we established it was mine, I then had to prompt them to give it to me instead of continuing to just let it sit there. If I hadn’t come in who knows how much longer I would have sat there outside. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location.
Slow when you finally get to the drive-thru window it's a hit are miss hot food are cold food are the order is so wrong. Truly McDonald's needs to step up they hire people who don't care about the one thing that is so important that would be the customer paying customers wow you do get a pay check right think about it no customers no check.
Hubble location 32218. Staff shortage. Waited long to order , then received order incomplete. Attendant rude. Had to speak to manager to correct order. Took so long, food cold by time I got home. Burger was like shoe leather.Food: 1/5
If I could give this good for nothing restaurant a zero I would. I placed a mobile order 25 minutes ago and have been sitting waiting on it. The doors are locked the driveway is full AND the number for the restaurant is NOT on the main Google page BUT I found what I thought was the number for it to NOT work! There are 20 plus cars waiting....people can't even get there food and they are trying to send us BACK through the line since the doors are locked and NO ONE IS bringing out the pickups! If this isn't the WORST MCDONALD'S in Jacksonville I'd be scared to find one worse.
Terrible service. I won’t be coming back yes I said it. McChicken meat was hard. The bag was covered in grease. Just terrible.
