I ordered Asiago Ranch chicken meal with no bacon through the drive thru. I got my sandwich drench and soggy with ranch and no Asiago cheese and fries were cold and stale! I had no choice but to return to work because I do not have time to return item. Disgusting!!! I paid more for this. I rarely go to Wendy’s to eat and I’m reminded why I stopped going.
This Wendy's is so broke and has been for a long time. No pride in the product going out to the customers and a always out of part of what you want to order. I'm sharing a pic of a beef pattie from one of ore burgers. It's burnt and was crisper than the bacon.
It was an interesting trip. I think the guy taking the order was new so I had to repeat the order alot and it was pretty simple. They made the food quick and correct and it was hot and fresh. The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were out of small cups so they said they had to charge me for medium. I thought if your out of cups then you should automatically give me the next size up not charge me more.
Half the menu wasn’t there no big beef, etc. Half the drinks weren’t there. We try to make it easy and order the little nonsense that was there chicken sandwich and asked for honey mustard and barbecue sauce for the fries and clearly that was asking for too much. The line is a mile long and the lobby is closed so guess what? You can’t ask them to correct the mistake. Are you kidding me? Just close if it’s too much to get something simple right. I am hoping they just made so much money today they ran out of everything good excuse to me that’s money otherwise there’s no excuse for having nothing and forgetting to put sauces in the bag. With a limited menu you’re literally making the same mess all night.
At 11:15 this evening..my family and I stopped at Wendy's on Max Leggett Parkway. I wanted a root beer float but the staff member at the drive thru window apologized for not having that item available anymore. Disappointed I ordered a Frosty along with my children. When the staff member taking my debit card asked how we were...I jokingly replied that my night would have been better if I could have got a root beer float..we laughed and pulled up to wait on our order. When the staff member came out with our order..I was shocked to see a Root beer Float in his hand. The staff could have easily sent us on our way with our Frostys but went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied with their service. Their service needs to be recognized and commended. This kind of service sets the par for all of the other choices of restaurants in the River City area. All other fast food choices have much improvement to do to compete with the professionalism that I witnessed tonight. You've won my loyalty which is hard to do...but will be explained further in my comments in the dietary restriction comment section. Dietary restrictions: My daughter works in the River City area and has dietary restrictions due to a gluten allergy. Wendy's at River City is the only restaurant in the area that always gets her order correct even when she has it delivered and does not have the option of returning to the counter to have the order corrected. They ensure her food is never cross contaminated by changing gloves. And cross contaiminted food is immediately obvious to her and happens often when she orders from other restaurant choices in the River City area. The staff is always professional and never has an attitude towards her special order request..which is rare and obvious from staff at other restaurants. Upper management needs to recognize the kindness you show towards those who have dietary restrictions and potential customers with dietary needs should be ensured that your staff goes above and beyond to make sure these needs are recognized and met! As a mother who has no control over my child's diet when she leaves home I want to thank you. Your work ethics ensure that my daughter can order fast food.. enjoy quality food and know she will be able to work her full shift without having to leave work sick due to a careless mistake that would be so easy to make due to the trying to keep up with the demands of turn over time in your own job position. Thank you to all the kind and professional staff at Wendy's at River City who take pride in your job in the fast food industry. You are exceptional and are so greatly appreciated!
If I can give zero stars I would. Was in the drive-thru for almost one hour. Mobile order placed in advance. Cold food - surprise surprise. Workers do not care that people behind us left or if you wait six cars total left - unfortunately we placed our order in advance or else we would have done the same. Don't go to this Wendy's if you plan on going through the drive-thru. Make sure the restaurant is open and pray to God the people there know basic customer service and to efficiently provide hot, fresh, fast food.
This was my first time waiting over 40 mins for my food, they locked the doors because they were under staffed. I wanted to just get my refund and leave but honestly it wasn't their fault, it was one girl working so hard trying to get customers orders out so I waited patiently. But this location needs help, Food is always good though.
You know when you read reviews and you're like it can't be that bad well this Wendy's is. Cold food, had no coke products only lemonade but because they had no coke they felt the need to upcharge for lemonade. Store manager when you read this fire yourself because it starts at the top.
Slow uninterested service, overpriced food, literally a puddle the size of a small lake in the middle of the dining room. And the floor was incredibly slippery. If you're looking for a place for a slip and fall lawsuit, you've found a winner.Food: 2/5
Whomever the woman was with two toned hair taking orders at the drive through today at 2:36pm was.. you forgot to turn off your headset when you yelled “these f-ing people!” through the speaker when I asked for my food. I won’t be coming back.. obviously, not that you care. Should take notes from Chick-fil-a.
