My experience is based on several visits at this particular location. The first visit on the opening month was not very pleasant, however, since the last four months to present time, I noticed the increased and positive level of Customer Service, excellent facility cleanliness, and the food at the correct temperature and cooking expectation. I experienced great ambient, and while on a busy moment, and awaiting in line to order my food, I was well greeted by the one the staff, which later I realized it was Mr. Omar the General Manager for this facility, I remembered seeing him on previous occasions, I was actually impressed the work performance of this person, as well as his staff, which were operating the business to the utmost, showing a great displayed of Customer Service, and providing the food orders in a timely manner, followed by Safety and Hygiene protocols. In summary, this Taco Bell highly stands up apart from others, the overall business is excellent, I cannot stress enough the cleanliness of that location, the great food, and the High Level of Food-Handling Procedures, it clearly shows impressive “Quality Management” Disclosure and For the record, I had never met anyone before at this location, and I have no personal relationship with any employee. I went there this morning at around 10:30am. The manager "or what would fail to be one for me" was working the window and drive through. My family wanted to try the new breakfast Burritos. I asked for his opinion for the best choice but he was undecided. Hmmm, all good and well so far. After a second he told me the steak is is favorite "But it's very expensive he said". I chose the sausage. I pulled to the window and asked if it was made fresh and he said "no it was made hours ago and they don't make them fresh" I was shocked. I replied "how long does it take to make products that are already precooked?" He said some ridiculous amount of time. I could tell he was losing it. I was still very composed and calm and I remained that way the entire time. I then questioned him on the time it takes to cook the hash browns in the item and he lost his temper . Stuck his head out the window and said "I'm on camera I'm not serving you!!!" I asked him to please repeat and reminded him he is an camera. He said "I don't care!!I'm not SERVING HIM!!!!!" I ask you to take appropriate action against this "Manager". I see your ratings and they are horrible!! You just opened!! You should be on your A game and you are far from it!!! I will let everyone know of the great experience I had at your newly opened restaurant. This is just beyond belief. Your lost customer!!!! Chris
Two beef taco supremes that left me both supremely underwhelmed and disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend this location…the other comments mentioned still in training so gave benefit of the doubt but not sure how much training is needed to make a taco.
I wish I could leave a 0! Absolute worst experience I've had at a fast food establishment! I pulled up at 11:52 pm closes at 12:00 am and no response from drive thru speaker. I pull up to window and I see someone cleaning the grill in the window. I tap on the glass and ask him if I can order. He says they are closed. I very calmly and politely asked him why he is closed before 12:00 posted time. He told me he was the GM and told me he didn't care if I called corporate. He then slammed the window closed on me and refused to acknowledge me. I will never go back to this restaurant. I couldn't believe a GM at a restaurant would treat a customer this way. Absolutely terrible!!! I will never go back! I will be calling the corporate office.
Don’t trust that your order online will for this location will go through. I did an online order and when I got there, first, the lobby was closed so service was through the drive-thru. When I asked for my order the employee told me they didn’t see the order on their system. After waiting probably 10 minutes, I had to leave without my food. To make the story short they charged my account and I had to dispute the charges. Having said this, be careful when you order online to pick up at this location.
This is the worst fast food location I think I’ve ever been to. Always out of everything on the menu, and then when you ask to replace one of the items on a box with something else, they say they can’t do that. Like why? Upcharge it. I’ve worked in the food industry for six years. Anything is possible for extra money. I know I shouldn’t expect much, and it really takes a lot for me to post bad reviews because I know how stressful these types of jobs can get, but where’s the standard line drawn at? Awful customer service and an awful location. Just tear it down and build something else at this point.
I hate to rate this location so low but they never have enough people working and that literally is always the excuse they give for it taking so long. You know the standard of food you're getting at Taco Bell, but how can you mess up and order so many consecutive times?Food: 2/5
The nacho were smelling badly of old rancid oil. Sauce quantity was very less given as compared to other Taco Bells. Fries were too less. Improve the standards of your stuff. Thanks
Honestly, how the GM of this place has a job is still amazing to me. Doors locked to the dining area at 7pm on a Saturday??? Rude employees, long wait times and ridiculous service. This will be my last time back. Absolutely worthless location.Food: 1/5
They made my food cold twice. Went through the drive thru and bit into both burritos that were cold. Drove around and had to wait in line again and still gave me a cold burrito. I had to go home and warm it up myself
