I would give 0 stars if I could. People waiting to order so not get acknowledged by staff at all. Have to stand there and wait for what seems like forever. Then have to wait forever on food. Some items were missing from my order. I went back up to complain and nobody ever said anything to me. Staff would just walk by and ignore me. Customers were even coming in from outside because they never received their drive thru order.

I visit this mcdonald's fairly often. Fairly good. Food is often barely warm or less. Not always fresh tasting. I have learned to ask for freshly made, including all sandwiches and fries. That is the key for me. Much better.Food: 3/5

My son and I visited this McDonald's at a bad time.  It was Saturday, lunch, and they were very short staffed.  The counter was backed up as well as the drive thru, but I could not believe how well the manager was handling it.  People were upset.  Some wanted refunds I don't blame them, we had all been waiting at least 20 mins.  This manager seemed to be working with a poor crew during one of the busiest times of the week...but kept a smile on her face and handled each individual's situation with grace.  I truly admired her ability to handle this type of stress.

Came here for lunch and it's super busy but the team is KILLING IT! Working super fast, handling things before they even become an issue, being very polite to everyone and being quick without rushing us. A lady even brought our food to the table because I have a toddler with me and she didn't want me to have to leave her at the table to come get it. Our food is also really good. All around amazing experience at this location today!

ANYONE THAT GOES TO THIS MCDONALDS, DO NOT EAT THERE!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR FOOD. found hair in our fries, poor customer service. Food was cold. Improper dress code. Saw people that wore flip flops in the back and shower caps to.

All week I come for lunch order is never right always having to wait 20 minutes for my order to be wrong have no change to give back the manager heavy set white lady basically don't care about customer service at that place fly's are all over in the lobby just saying damn this McDonald's makes y'all look very bad in busy I want be coming to that location until y'all get y'all staff and management together

Update: changing my review. This place is getting worse. We keep getting cold fries… even when we ask nicely for hot fries. Hamburger was awful and the drinks tasted bad as well. Giving one star for a fast service…

I don't know WHAT happened tonight, but I waited 30 minutes to even ask someone if they would start my coffee.  It could have been started before the cashier walked hèr lazy ass away to PRETEND to sweep while taking to either hèr boo or her dealer.  THÈN the customer behind us got Oreo shakes after this lazy employee said they didn't have any.   There were drunks, out of uniform, behind the counter, reeking of alcohol.  There were employees not only out of uniform but OBVIOUSLY breaking even OSHA policy ànd procedure.   I don't know WHAT happened to this place, but I will NEVER eat here again until new management and new crew take over.

I can’t speak for the day crew because I only go around 9pm-11pm but they are always soo sweet. I always place a mobile order and it’s always hot! I’ve never had a problem at this McDonald’s ever! Pleaseee keep up the good work!! This is the only McDonald’s I eat at!

This is a better than average McDonalds. Clean and the people at the counter were nice and friendly. Same menu of course se as every other one.
