Friendly staff, food is always hot and fresh, I believe there has also been a change in management? The managers I have seen over the last few weeks are a lot better than in the past. Keep up the improvements.
Had no dirty rice prepared for breakfast menu and no chicken fingers. Basically only breakfast was able to be purchased. When I go to other locations all those items are readily available….
We had to wait to give our order even though there wasn’t another person in line. We were then asked to repeat our order 3-4 times as the kids who worked there laughed and played in the background. When we spoke it would take a while for the girl to respond. After trying to place our second order and again being asked to repeat ourselves we told them to forget. As we drove by the window we told the kids working there if they would stop goofing off and listen they would have more customers. Then they started making loud, obnoxious, noises and laughing and being smart butts. This is more of a daycare than a restaurant. An adult should be on site with these children.
Had to wait 20 minutes for food. Had a big order and don't mind waiting, but chicken had no flavor, extremely bland. Will not go backFood: 3/5
Food good except for being out of common menu items. I mean Bojangles a really popular place for a fast breakfast but they're out of sausage patties before 11am What's up with that? Also service extremely slow it seems they take a person's order and fill it before taking another order
Bojangles is sooo consistent with great quality breakfast. They are one of the last fast food chains with REAL pork sausage! The borounds potatoes took me a while to like because they have onions but I love them now. Always good. Been eating here pretty regular for a year now. Have eaten here even before then and haven't had a problem yet . I don't think the chicken sandwich has had enough advertising. It's EXCELLENT!! Could give Popeyes a run for the title. It comes with a really good buttery soft bun with mayonnaise and great pickles. Need to try it. The chicken breast itself is really good and crunchy. There's just a little bit of spice but not too much. It's perfect. And really big. I paid 8.00 for the combo.
Fresh hot food. Service was great. DAWN MARIE RULES. Clean restaurant. Much better than acworth which is rarely open. Much better than wade green kennesaw which is always out of everything. This is how a Bojangles should be ran. Next visit. Closed on a Monday at 3pm. Weird. Drove past the kennesaw and acworth bojangles because we had such a good experience here last time. Oh well. Learned our lesson. Just wish they would post their hours somewhere.
Cartersville, GA first time ever eating chicken from this particular establishment. Crust on the chicken was so hard around the edges I couldn't chew it had to spit it out the rest of the chicken was OK. Whats funnier we went to one closer to where we were staying, we ordered an 8pc and was told they only had 6 pieces and couldn't accommodate us so we left and went to this one further out.
This location used to be better than the on on grassdale but that changed. This location is awful. Mostly rude workers. The last few times I went through the drivethru they wouldn’t say anything at the box for 15 mins or longer just for them to tell us they were out of chicken or just continue to ignore me after repeatedly saying hello?
