Manager has a poor attitude. Got mad at me when I came through drive thru to pick up an order and said I needed to come inside. Yet half the time the lobby is closed. Attached is a photo of the locked door. This Wendy's is a terrible top to bottom.Service: 1/5
#1…. I wish I would have read the horrible reviews before I wasted my time and my money. We waited about 3 minutes at the speaker to be acknowledged. When the voice finally came through she asked us to wait again. At that time she must have forgot to hit mute because she started talking about the three cars behind us that pulled out of the line due to the wait. By the time we placed our order 10 minutes has gone by. At the window, I looked up from the passenger seat and wondering why the two employees were staring so hard. They hand us 3 drinks so my husband asked for a drink holder and she closed the window without a word. We get our food, my husband thanks her and the girl says “ you’re welcome baby”. Eww. Stop. Whoever owns this place needs their franchise stripped from them. All these bad reviews and you still employ trash. Dave Thomas is rolling over in his grave.
Scrolling through past posts about this business, I came across a comment about an eyesore of a broken down car covered with a tarp in this Wendy's parking lot. While the individual who made this critical comment had no way of knowing this, things aren't always as they seem. There's more to every story. The broken down car with the tarp covering it in this Wendy's parking lot belonged to a homeless employee. It's where he slept at night. That young man has since moved on. Michelle, this Wendy's general manager, epitomizes the Wendy's business philosophy of giving more back to the communities in which Wendy's does business than what Wendy's takes, and of providing the opportunity of a hand up to the less fortunate citizens in those communities. While giving free meals to the homeless, and Michelle has done a lot of this, fills the belly, and that's good, hiring a homeless individual, and other less fortunate citizens restores personal dignity, and genuinely provides a true means to rise out of having to sleep on the cold, hard sidewalk, or in a broken down car covered with a tarp. Michelle is a genuine woman of God, and a true Christian. It's easy for a business to advertise that it's a Christian business. It's another thing for a business to actually practice Jesus's Social Gospel Matt. 25:31-46. More church, more ministry, and outreach to the homeless, and other less fortunate citizens happens in this Wendy's building than most of the churches in this community. We are blessed to have Michelle, and this Wendy's in our community.
From five stars to one. After over a dozen trips at night, dozens of large fries that could fit into a small, constant, "what else what else what else" attitude after being made to wait up to 15 minutes at the drive thru sign, dry cold burgers, not giving my kid a toy in his kids meal? I hate leaving bad reviews on a place that should be top of the fast food ranks.
Manager is a cruel and terrible person. My brother used to work here he had COVID and couldn't come to work. During that time our grandmother died. When she found out he would be attending her PRIVATE funeral she told him if you are well enough to go to a funeral you are well enough come to work not to mention he was still testing positive AND still had symptoms of COVID. He also said this location is extremely dirty and food is left out.
Just went through the drive-thru they told me at the window but they didn't have any chili and I said y'all could have at least told me are y'all didn't have chili before I ordered it then they proceeded to tell me that they had chili and they were extremely rude at the drive-thru tattoo the person at the drive-thru that said to those people dying in Russia can there attitude. Because that is extremely unprofessional. And for your information I wasn't mad at all honey. Or you could have told the person that was taking orders that you didn't have no more chili so I could have ordered something else. No need for the attitude. Also to the girl out the window that gave me my food shouldn't even be working with the general public But have a nice and lovely day.
Walked in to a smoke filled lobby with someone sitting at a table that looked like they were camped out with their dog..... then we were turned away by wendys employees saying their lobby was closed how did you get in here. I said the door was unlocked I walked through the smoke and came in. I hope district managers read this because that's the sorriest excuse for a fast food restraint I've been in since the last time I worked downtown Atlanta. We won't be back.

We rolled through the drive-thru at this Wendy's in Cartersville, Georgia, to get some food for our road trip back to Montgomery, Alabama. We ordered our food some fruit cups as well. The fruit cups were $1.59 each. As you can tell by the pictures, only one-fourth of the cup was filled. I thought this was a mistake. When I went in to inquire about the fruit, the lady manager told me that they were instructed to put 6 pieces of strawberry and 6 blueberries into each fruit cup. This is why I rated the restaurant two stars. Although the restaurant was very clean, anyone who sells product in this manner, does not deserve more than two stars. Wendy's is always very consistent! I am ashamed to say that Wendys has jumped aboard the greed train!
Just OK service nothing special had to ask for drink cup. Ordered the Bacon cheese burger and had to look hard for the bacon. Fries were full.
