VERY DISRESPECTFUL STAFF!! EXTREMELY IRRITATING. THE GIRL TAKING THE ORDER YELLS “ OH MY GOSH” WHEN I ASK A QUESTION! EXTREMELY BAD BEHAVIOR! NOT TRAINED TO TREAT CUSTOMERS RIGHT! HOW DO YOU EXPECT THEM TO MAKE YOU A DECENT NOT SPIT ON FOOD. THIS BRANCH IS NOT A PLACE TO GO TO!!

This was a poor experience from start to finish. We were driving by and my kid wanted a kids meal so I figured I would get something. It has been probably over 12 years since I last ate McDonald's. After this I think I can wait the rest of my life and never go there again. We hit the drive-thru and it started off with the person not understanding English well enough and having trouble with our order. In the end everything was correct and prepared as ordered and that was the best I could say about this place. I drove around to pay and the lady at that window was nice but clearly taking an order. No issues there though. When I drove up to the next window to get my food I sat and waited for a moment and then they opened the window and just shoved the food out at me. This woman clearly was unhappy just from the look on their face which wasn't aimed at me. It doesn't really get any better from there. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese with just ketchup and pickles which is I guess what I received. This quarter pound with cheese was clearly a lot smaller than they used to be. The patty was smaller and the bun was a lot smaller. The burger itself was overcooked and dry. The bun was also quite dry. After a good half hour I had a very upset stomach from eating this. The food never tasted this bad in the past even though it would upset my stomach a lot more. At least it had flavor and the burgers were juicy. I know so many people still rave about McDonald's because they've been brainwashed into believing that it's good food. It definitely is not. It's possible that I just stopped at a very bad location of theirs but I truly don't believe that and won't take a chance on their food ever again especially at the prices that they now charge.

The service is a hit and miss at this location. One time I ordered through the app for pick up inside, but the lobby was closed when hours of operation should be open. Other times the drive thru works super fast while sometimes there is a long line. Strongly do not suggest doing curbside pick up, specially in the evenings

My friend & I stop by here for us breakfast weekly!! We always go in to order, & we usually dine-in. The employee's are always very nice, the male manager not sure what his name is but he's great at he does!!! And he is hardworking too! They're as fast as they can be, sometimes they are little short handed/employee shortage!! But store &restrooms always are clean as well I give them 10 Parking: You can usually get in & back out fast!! Plenty of parking in the week days around 7-9am Wheelchair accessibility: They have disabled parking available.

I’m a vegetarian so McDonald’s is not normally a first choice but it is for me. I love their oatmeal which they serve anytime of the day. It comes with a packet of raisins and Craisins and another one of apples. That’s in the coffee Mr. wonderful breakfast. This particular McDonald’s brings it out to my table every time.

I went through the drive-through with my daughter while visiting Kissimmee. Basic McDonald's thrown together stuff just like it's always been for the past 50 years. Disappointed in the French fries they're not good like they used to be so I'm not in any rush to visit again.Food: 3/5

This McDonalds is the WORST in the area!!! The food quality is terrible! The fries are always 1/2 way never to the capacity they are supposed to be filled. They are definitely holding food for way too long!!! Even when busy, which I don’t understand! Burgers are dry & the staff is careless when assembling the sandwiches. The staff is rude, the dining room is always a mess, they NEVER answer their phone, the Managers NEVER seem to be available!!! The General Manager of this place is clearly NOT doing their job MUCH LESS THEIR REGIONAL MANAGER…

I made a mobile order and I arrive at 4:14. I waited for about 20 minutes, the food haven’t came yet. So we went inside and at 4:41 they brought the food outside in the curbside where we were waiting before and then the order was wrong they gave us two times. The first time is half of the order, the second time is the other half and something that we didn’t order. We literally waited almost 30 minutes for this Mc Donald order. It’s the worst Mc Donald experience ever. And I ordered two Mc Chicken and this is what they gave me.

Ordered a deluxe qtr pounder w/cheese, no mustard light onion light pickle, what do I get? a reg qtr pounder, when I know I’m paying that little extra for the little bit of lettuce & tomato, go to the kid in front counter asked him how does a deluxe come? He didn’t understand until I opened it up, oh yeah sorry ma’am, we will “RE-MAKE THAT right away, he goes to the manager opens my burger obviously has to open the bun so she can see, & this manager had the nerve to tell another employee to throw some lettuce and tomato than brings it back and say’s “I’m sorry is that we swamped” ok I get it, but how is that any of my fault? I already had waited long enough to receive my food I would have waited longer as long the order was right from the beginning.

The thinnest & dry meat ever. When told the manager he doesn't change and told me that it's the same as used for a big mac. For real??? I have pictures
