Low tire pressure light came on for all 4 tires while I was out of town for most of the day.  Stopped in around 2:30 PM and discussed the problem with Doug who was friendly and helpful.  At 3:45 PM my Jeep was ready with nitrogen replaced in all tires.  Excellent service.  Excellent wait time.  Excellent relationship with Doug who has been my service rep for about 8 years.

Literally driving away from this dealership right now and couldn't have a worse taste in my mouth. I went in to look into trading my paid-off Charger in for a newer model lease. First sign should've been when the salesman said they focused mostly on Jeeps. As soon as I mentioned I was from northern VA, he tried to get rid of me, saying I should just go look up there. I had to outright ask to look at one of the cars in his lot. When I asked if we could do a test drive, he said "No point." It's absurd to turn away a customer so bluntly simply because I live 45 minutes away. Easy way to make sure I don't become a customer.

I worked with Troy Evans when buying my new 2017 Dodge Charger. Hands down easiest buying experience ever. Troy was great to work with, absolutely no sales pressure, and took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Troy Evans.

I walked into Pearson Jeep on the Fourth of July knowing exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay and Troy made it happen, I showed him the jeep and what rims and tires I wanted on it and thats exactly what I drive around in today. I call her Blue and she is the best vehicle I have purchased in a long time, Troy made me a happy girl on that day and every day I look out and see Blue. Thank you Troy and Pearson Jeep for my sweet ride.

Had the best experience with Troy. I went to every dealership on Broad Street, drove every car out there, and in the end, I came back to Troy because he was the best salesman we dealt with. Even though I wasn't specifically looking for a Jeep, he found a car that I fell in love with. The entire process of finding a car and dealing with salesman was very stressful. Thank you for lightening the load....you have no idea how grateful I am.
