I am completely impressed with the people, the care, the vehicles, and the atmosphere at Mercedes-Benz of Richmond.  Everyone is so friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.  The dealership speaks for itself when the employees have been there for many years.  

I had a situation occur with a purchase and there wasn't even a hesitation in helping me out.  I am beyond grateful for their help, patience, and understanding.  It's so hard to find a company that genuinely cares for its customers, but this one definitely does!  

This is my first mercedes and I highly recommend this dealership.  I look forward to becoming part of the MB family!

Everyone at the dealership demonstrated the highest level of professionalism.  They were all eager to insure I got the car I wanted.  Heather Martin was a pleasure to work with.  She was prompt in response to my questions - whether in person, by phone or email.  Mike (New Car Sales) and Cathy (Finance) were also great to work with.  Good people make a good business!  Thanks!!

The best service experience you can find EVER. if you're like me looking for a headache free professional service with clear honest answers and air conditioned bay+white glove treatment (Its actually their slogan) look no further. You will find the best quality service here AT NO EXTRA COST.  David McGeorge dealership never missed a single appointment. Always delivered warranted service and informed me of exact expectations and proper service time!

This is NOT a paid review.  I have been a customer here for break swap, oil change, diagnostics etc... I always judge the dealership by its service.. not its sales.  These people... Are phenomenal. They should be teaching lectures about quality in business institutions!

I highly recommend MB-of-RVA for anything Mercedes! My Service Manager, Logan Bunger, got me in on an 'emergency' service that I needed with no appointment; got me a loaner; had the maintenance made; and I was Good-To-Go on the same day! Everyone there is extremely polite and professional. Due to Logan's treatment of me, I WILL buy my next Mercedes there unlike I did my current one........
