My boyfriend and I drove up from Delaware and the selection at Mealey’s was great. Our sales person Thomas was fantastic to work with and helped us find the right living room couches. He also worked within our budget perfectly. Highly recommend.

We went shopping for an inexpensive couch for my mentally and physically challenged son’s apartment- to replace one of similar quality that is disintegrating.  (He is a robust 27 year old and is rough on furniture.  )

The salesperson, Valerie N. , allowed us to discover the wisdom of buying a sofa that cost quadruple what we had planned to spend. 

She could see and sympathize with the challenge we faced and made a difficult decision easier.

We went shopping for both a recliner and trundle bed and went to Mealys.    Got a great recliner there. Our salesman,CT (Chester) was the driving force for the sale. Nice young guy who was so knowledgeable about the product and took such wonderful care of us.   Do responsive to all our questions.  He made the sale.  Love Mealys and if you go to the Berwyn store make sure you get CT. You’ll love him like we did !!!!

Nicole / Tom / Linda were helpful but not pushy.  My wife and I purchased a sectional couch and were able to customize it just the way we wanted.  Also, this store had a much larger inventory of furniture and many more options than the others i visited.

My boyfriend and I purchased a bedroom set in November and the first thing we told the salesperson was we did not have an exact address for our new place and would need the furniture to be held until end of February. We were told this would not be an issue at all and proceeded to pick out a bedroom set and put down half that day. Fast forward to end of December we get a call saying all of the invoice is in and everything was good to go just waiting on us for the address and to schedule a delivery date. I called earlier this week to make a delivery date and was told that my headboard, footboard and bedrails were not in stock anymore because basically they were sold to someone else, now I was fine with waiting for those things but was told they will only delivery everything at once and the estimated date for the rest of the set to arrive wasn’t until mid March. My boyfriend called today and was told by the manager that nothing could be done AFTER i was told last week that they messed up and someone should of put a note on the invoice that they were still holding. Thanks to Mealeys I will now have no bedroom furniture the first month I live at my new place.
