We work with Don Cole several times over the last several years. He is always very helpful and low key - no high pressure sales tactics. Like the store variety and convenience. Great place for furniture- lots of selection to choose from.

Screwed up my order twice and didn’t tell me.  Ordered a sofa, two chairs, bedroom suite including (king bed frame, temperpedic mattress, dresser, two temperpedic pillows, mirror, and two night stands. 

Was on a relocation to the area. Delivery shows up with no night stands, no phone call advising no night stands and no pillows. This is our third home we furnished with Raymour and Flanagan. Usually great service.  This time, not so much.

Was just in looking at mattresses with my fiancee and Rick was extremely helpful & informative. Not at all pushy. When the time comes to buy, we'll be back to see him!

Ordered a dining set.  Delivered with a high number of blemishes.  They replaced with another table with same issue.  Store manager agreed to a refund and we had set returned.  

We paid cash and was told they cannot refund in cash but could write a check in 3-4 days.  It’s been two weeks and I called the store to be told it “fell through the cracks” and they would process it on Monday.

So now they’ve had $1200 of my money hostage for over a month (2 weeks since returning) and potentially another week.  What a horrible company.

Their furniture is of the lowest quality and their business practices are borderline, if not actually, theft.

Edit: don’t respond to this telling me to email somewhere else - just give me my money back.

Great. Here we go again. It is Nov 27th and I still don't have my completed bedroom set since August. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Stay away. They still don't have the decency to call to reschedule. I left work early to meet them Wednesday and they said they couldn't wait. They didn't even give me a heads up! It is a waiting game here now. 3 MONTHS!

You ask for management, Jennifer will NEVER call you back. She delegates for others to call. She will never.
