Went to look for a new couch and love seat. They had a few options in what we were looking for. Removable back recliners. We have narrow door ways. We sat on seven couches, 4 sets had bent or messed up mechanisms already. And these are not just displays. Those are what's delivered. I will never buy anything there again.

The Dump has a pretty annoying advertising campaign, but you can find great deals if you aren't looking for anything specific. They carry a limited quantity of what seems to be left-overs so while there is a ton of furniture, if you like the chair you see, but want it in blue instead of yellow, you're out of luck. What you see is all there is. Their rug selection is amazing. We have purchased several from here and as we get ready to replace them, we'll be back. The staff can be hard to get hold of, but will do everything they can to help you.

To the Dump, to The Dump, to the Dump, Dump Dump.  No, it in no way portrays its name.   The Dump is not necessarily supposed to be known for low end, low quality furniture.  The furniture is very well made and of good quality.  They had mattresses, living room, bedroom, and dining room furniture. They did not have modern contemporary pieces.  I was under the impression, that the prices were low, for high end pieces since they had to move the furniture out fast. However, the prices were no bargain.  The showroom is quite large and I was only in the store for about 15 minutes but no one approached me and asked if I needed any help. The Dump is not a dump.

Pick up department manager Sean did a superb job in directing Samantha, billing Office adding warranty to my furniture.  There was a miscommunication but In the end went well.  Reaching the direct line was challenging so persistence is key.  

Other reviews are negative just because is exaggeration and/or overreacting.  Those bad experience customers expect so much like they are the Royalty.  As long patience and understanding is there everything works out fine.

DO NOT EVER  BUY THE WARRANTY!!! They denied my claim. Right on the front of the brochure it says ECO Premium plus Power, Frames and Mechanisms. So now two drawers wont shut all the way . They are saying the mechanism is not covered . But it says that right on the front of the brochure. $350 for nothing. DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY!!! Our salesman said it covered  everything. LIES LIES LIES
