Meineke Car Care Center has been America’s local auto repair shop since 1972. Starting out as a muffler shop we have expanded to a full service car repair shop that performs services from car ac repair to exhaust repair to tire changes at our tire shop. Daniel, who is the new owner of this location was the perfect manager! He explained everything so clearly even for me that I know nothing about cars!!! He was so helpful I couldn’t be happier! I recommend this place so much!

Took my 2016 Dodge Dart in for an oil change along with that package they offer and now it’s the roughest ride I’ve ever driven. Worst part is, they have no idea what they could’ve done wrong and when one of their technicians test drove it, he claimed to not notice the issue, which I guarantee is apparent to anyone who drives it.

*After the owner’s response to this review, I brought my vehicle back to be looked at again. They found out what the issue was and explained it to me is a very friendly and respectful manner. I greatly appreciate the help and will continue to give them my business*

Today I had the opportunity to go to this location and have the oil and inspections of our two cars done.  I have been in the automotive business for a large portion of my life, however new to Utah.  I met with Daniel who could have not been more honest or up front.  The bathroom was spotless and the service was the best I have had so far in Utah!  I would highly recommend this Meineke  location if you need services done to your vehicles. Furthermore, I would feel comfortable having my wife go their by herself and not be taken advantage of.  From talking to Daniel, he is the new owner of this location and is all about customer service.  Thant's my two sense ~ George
