Very friendly people. They did pay my 500 dollar deductible. It did cost me nothing out of pocket and the work was done well. My car looks brand new. The only problem I had was they forgot to put a few parts back on the inside and I had to return the next day for them to fix the problem.

Very accomadating and professional when I got  in my car accident, they came out to the scene of the wreck, helped me make my claim, reserved a free rental car and made arrangements to store my vehicle. It was a hassle free process dealing with pro masters from start to finish. I would highly recommend promasters to anyone.
