Horrible experience! Brought in my vehicle for free maintenance two months ago and was told i needed to add more miles. My wife took back in today only to be told my warranty expired 8 days ago and there was no record id ever been there? Of course they were quick to offer there overpriced service. Roland was very rude my wife explained. I will be contacting the BAR.

Raised to 2 stars service manager called me back and was very understanding. They will honor BMW service for me.

I'm very disappointed to see the negative reviews. My husband & I have been going to this dealership for almost 15 years now.
Any issues I may have with my car my mind is always @ ease because of the level of care & concern I get from the service department.
Steve is always sooo pleasant, attentive & helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure my car is taking care of asap. 
Never had any problems with anyone there

AWESOME!!! My wife and I are traveling around the country in an M4, put on a lot more miles than expected and needed a service. Even though we showed up last minute and told our situation and needed to get back to New Hampshire by the end of the week. They totally accommodated us, got us in and out.  THANK YOU...THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!  You guys are AWESOME!!!

Service manager is rude and not knowledgeable on the situation of customer's needs. I strongly suggest that he needs to be retrained on customer service and his service department. Parts department clarified
My situation and helped me what was going on.  This man up front trying to extra charge me without having any knowledge what was going on. My car key was broken(gave up working after 2 years) and we paid $325.00
for the replacement. My car has no comfort access but he think he have and trying to charge me extra $150.00
for programming. The parts department lady said he was misunderstood.  This man owe me an apology

Great place excellent service great workers that truly are amazing and get the job done and don't stop till they find and fix the problem.
