Worked with Joel, very patient with the situation that unfolded and headaches requiring the proper paperwork and such to complete the sale of the car (taking longer on my part than necessary). Very friendly and easy to talk to and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

We Just purchased a 2017 Grand Cherokee Summit from Nasir. it was a complete internet transition other than picking up the Jeep. I have to say, we were a little apprehensive about driving 3 hours to pick up the Jeep. There were plenty of opportunities for them to pull the typical car dealer tricks. But none of that happened. They bent over backwards to make sure we had a great car buying experience. We are totally happy with our purchase and the experience. They did us a favor on some mileage issues with our trade in that allowed us to buy the extended warranty. Just wish they were our local dealer.

I called to ask about scheduling an alignment for a 2005 Dodge Ram 3500. I was told "that truck is too big, you'll have to call Les Schwab." The Dodge dealer can't even do an alignment on a truck they sell. I don't even know what to say. Wow.
