Drove in from San Francisco to cut the deal, great part was we got through all deal aspects of the trade in plus new buy without me even having to leave SF.  Show up, everything was as smooth as it was over the phone.  Simon was wonderful, came to find out this is a family run business, Jenny who is part owner was great as well.  I could tell they value customer service, 5* solely for that but not to mention they gave me a great deal to let me drive away with exactly what I wanted.

Keep up the good work team, that was a pleasure.

The owner and every staff member in sales and the service department that I've spoken with were always helpful, kind, and considerate! I look forward to my second Acura purchase with Modesto Acura down the road.

AVOID this place at all cost. Steve is provides horrible customer service. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I will take my business elsewhere.

Greg and his group are an outstanding team.  I bought a used 2012 TL with low mileage back in May. About a month later,  I had what I believed to be a wheel bearing noise.  Took it in and had the technician ride with me to confirm.  He couldn't be sure if it was the tire tread or the bearing, but replaced the bearing anyway just to eliminate it from the equation. NO charge because of the extended warranty.   Very satisfied and would highly recommend Acura of Modesto to anyone.

Service department is dishonest. Brought 2012 TL in for transmission issues multiple times, service dept blew us off. Finally got it fixed when acura sent us a recall notice. Mislead my wife into multiple services multiple times. Only left one star because it wont let u leave 0.
