If I could give it no star I would. My friend got a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. Took it in for 5K service and we were told that we need to pay for it. Since 2014 I owned 2 lexus, 1 Toyota and 1 Jeep. Never had to pay for service charges up to 20 k. They claim they  give you free Roadside assistance instead. But thats bull...  you get roadside assistance on every brand new car now a days. You pay $38000 for a brand new car they wont even give you any complimentary service. They just want to charge you for everything every way possible. Avoid this dealer people.

The most amazing experience I have ever had buying a car! Starting with Domingo Arroyo then Greg Hayes, then  Nicole Rudel. To say this is the "A" team would be an understatement! The customer service and efficiency I experienced here was unsurpassed! Greg Hayes truly gave me the best deal I could have ever asked for. I keep looking at my documents that they gave me and I keep saying to myself "yup, this is a fantastic deal". I was treated like I was the most important client they had ever had, even though I did not have a lot to offer them. If you are looking for a car dealership, I highly recommend you come to Central Valley Automotive. Thank you again Central Valley Automotive! I almost forgot, when you go there please try their coffee machine! Incredibly great coffee!!!!!

Was very happy with my first visit with my new car. Staff was very helpful and waiting room had big screen TV and coffee machine. Wait time was not long at all.
