I think two stars may be generous, and I'm known for giving businesses 5 stars. My dad finally agreed to go to the hospital. He had three broken ribs and was taking too much of his pain medication + over the counter pain meds. He was really messed up. We went to Berryville. & after about three hours, which included a nurse asking him questions, & putting an IV in him, but also talking to him like a baby & then walking out and saying "yeah, he's nuts" under her breath, the doctor came in and told me he was good to go home. There's NO WAY he could have functioned at home. He couldn't even walk. & I guess the doctor assumed I would be taking care of him like a full-time nurse. I live on the other side of the state. I said "okay..." and left the ER, & called my mom. She came up there & told them that when he's released let us know because we'll call an ambulance and have him transferred to another hospital, who will actually admit him. I suppose this is somewhat insulting, so they called us and decided they needed to run some tests because he had blood in his stool, but that they couldn't do it there so they needed to transfer him to Mercy in Rogers or Springfield. I'm giving them two stars because of the referral. He went to Rogers and stayed for 5 days. & then transitioned to 20 days of Physical Therapy / Rehab at a nursing home. 25 Days of recovery... & Dr. Bean, or some name similar to that, wanted to send him directly home at the outset. Thank God for Mercy, Rogers.

They do not deserve the star that I have to give to write a review.
1. I had my appendix out here that had ruptured with gang-green but the Dr. was not competent enough to realize that it had ruptured and what should have been an in-and-out surgery kept me in a hospital bed for almost a week.
2. My mother was turned away on 2 separate occasion when she went in for jaundice. She finally had enough and went to Harrison where they admitted her for emergency surgery. If she had not gone to Harrison she would have died. 
3. A family friend went here twice this week for throwing up blood. He too was turned away each time he when. He ended up being air lifted to Springfield and died from the flu and pneumonia. If Berryville hospital would have saw him either of the first two times his death could have been prevented. 

The negligence of this hospital almost cost my mother's life and eventually cost our family the life of a loved one.

SOUND LIKE TO ME IF U ALL CANT GET URE ACT TOGETHER AS Professionals U ALL DONT NEED TO BE IN BUSSINESS...CRAZY CANT GET CARE FOR URE LOVE ONE...NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING WHEN U CALL THEY ALL ACT DUMB.. SO SAD

Worst "hospital" to go to. Not even a bandaid station. If you want to be treated and diagnosed correctly, go to a different hospital that is actually qualified. Dr and nurses need better communication skills and listening skills. They misdiagnose all the time. The Dr we saw didn't listen and was very rude. Make the drive to Fayetteville area or Harrison and get properly treated.

They all took good care. Of me .they didn't have every thing they needed..controlled my pain kept me comfortable.. Im pretty.. 😷
