Very pleased, i would choose narmc over baxter hospital anyway, and there cafeteria is terrific best food anywhere. Only thing I suggest for everyone is to make sure never let any traines work on you because they don't know what there doing. but the staff that has been there for a very long time does there job terrific.

This place is horrid. I have several friends and family members who have had seriously bad thing wrong with them only to be discharged and ended up near death door. What does that look like ? Like brain aneurysm,  strokes ( like severe ones requiring hospitalization and rehab long term etc. The emergency dept is a joke,  people were rude , dr was very uneducated . Called to file complaint and was told they will check it out but that they won't tell me if or what is done about it. So , yeah I really believe that. Cover and protect their own . This should be alarming to you if you receive care here and something goes wrong. Just my opinion based on experience.  Only 1 star so I could review. 0 stars is my true evaluation. 
Let me be clear, I am focusing only on the e.r.
And the human resources dept . And that dept isn't actually at fault for their protocol on complaints . I have no experience with any other area of this place so do not want to drag them down for no reason.... I would gladly drive on to Branson or springfield before taking family here again.

Went in many times over the years and have had good experience with the nurse/doctors but the staff-----

And recently I requested medical records - they argued with me over the reasoning I needed my own medical records... they are staff not lawyers.
Then after they took my information they said- we'll call you when it is ready -

And after waiting weeks - I called them - and they said - Yeah its ready - Its been ready..................Great way to treat a patient - And a chronically ill individual seeking medical records to expedite legal issues - And they could care less.

I will never be returning there again. And btw - I am a local individual - Lived here all my life - and there is a reason I had a home birth and did not bring my child there.......

Glad that there are here  and available for our immediate medical needs, several experiences here some good some bad .here is hoping that they find  out soon what that will take to move to a five star rating.

I have had several outpatient procedures at the hospital in the past 3 months. Each time I was treated courteously, cheerfully and competently by the staff.  Wait time in the various departments was reasonable. I have no complaints at all.
