My father was sent to this hospital. Thank God. The other hospital just wanted to send him home. He was on the 7th floor, B wing. There was a nurse he had the first day named Kate. She was informative and warm to me and my husband. My dad felt comfortable and taken care of here. Their social worker, Robin, facilitated the process of transitioning him to a rehabilitation/physical therapy program upon his release. I highly recommend using Mercy in Rogers!

I brought my grandmother in with a bad kidney infection. They sent her home and gave her antibiotics. The same day I took her to Washington Regional were they did a blood culture and said that her infection was resistant to the antibiotics prescribed at Mercy. Put her on new medication and performed a blood transfusion because she was losing so much blood. Three days later Mercy calls me to tell me that the infection was resistant to the antibiotics. If I would of listened to the doctor at Mercy my grandma would of died.

Saved my life when other hospital misdiagnosed me. Valet service is wonderful. MERCY truly cares about the patient.

This hospital has the worst service. Not only did they make us wait 5 hours to build up the bill so they can thank us later, but ended up giving simple medicine that one can get at Walmart. Definitely recommend a different hospital if you want to live.

I have been sitting out in the waiting room for 3 1/2 hours and my daughter has a slider bite. She is haveing some kind of reaction because there are 2 bumps on her shoulder beside the bite and "there is nothing they can do at the moment"
