We can’t say enough good things about this jeweler! We bought my engagement ring here earlier this year and Tim was so helpful and patient as we picked the perfect one. He went above and beyond to find us the best diamond, too! We were so thrilled with the service that we bought both of our wedding bands here as well. We lucked out and got the less expensive band for free due to a wedding band promotion this summer! Ken, the manager, helped us find the perfect bands for both of us. We go to this location often to get our rings cleaned and every time we walk in we are warmly greeted, often by name. This is where we go for everything now! Jewelry purchases, cleaning, and even watch battery replacements! We are so appreciative of Tim and Ken :)

In 1983 for our 25th wedding anniversary my husband and I toured Scotland and England. While there we visited an antique store in northern England and I fell in love with a ring which my husband bought for me. It is gold with a diamond in the middle and an amethyst on each side and inside was an engraving with initials and the date 1906. Now, almost 35 years later, one amethyst had gone missing and the diamond was chipped. I showed it to Tim Conner one day and he said he could fix it. Wow! Fix it he did!! He has restored it to its original beauty without compromising its historical essence. I am so grateful for his sensitivity and expertise!

Excellent shopping experience. I saw a watch that I wanted on the Michaels website so I stopped into the Avon,CT store to purchase the watch only to find they didn’t carry the Movado line in that store. The store manager Ken and his associate went above and beyond to get this watch for me from one of there other stores. I hope they will eventually carry this line as they will have a life long customer:)

A recent purchase from Michaels confirmed my experience that, for important gift purchases, both the items on display and the professionalism of the staff in selecting just the right item, are exceptional. Tim Connors in the Avon Marketplace store listened, asked important questions, and then followed up every step of the way. Just a great experience! Each time, both the gift, and you look good, to the ones you love. Thank You Michaels, and Tim.

I went to Michaels looking for an Engagement Ring and Tim went above and beyond in exceeding my expectations. Not only did he not push me into something I didn't want, he was willing to act as an advisor for me even if I didn't do business with him. After going to a couple places in NYC, I settled on Michaels and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Tim was very patient with us as we went through all the different variations of rings and is willing to hang onto the ring until i'm ready to pop the question. I'd recommend Michaels and Tim Connors to anyone who is looking for any type of jewelry. The best experience I've had and will be back for sure!
