The location for this store is horrible, its in the middle of the mall just as a stand, and is not its own store. Thats pretty dumb considering they're a big company. Also the guy lied to me when I bought a game a while back which was a pre-order,  and said it came with the pre-order bonus. When I picked it up it was just a normal copy and I was pissed, they weren't even willing to take it back.

Had an issue with the camera on my Lumia 950 and the kiosk person replaced it without much ado and with a smile. This kiosk, as every other Microsoft store I have been to, believes in providing top notch customer service.

Even for a kiosk location, this Microsoft store has tablets and phones on display that are available to try out. It has a modern, yet simplified appeal. They also have an Xbox 360 game being played in a demo mode on a monitor to show off what the console is capable of doing. Customer service here is good.

This site is a kiosk at 12 Oaks Mall. The staff here is great and very helpful. Everyone is knowledgeable about products and excited about what they do. Not a full service store and limited on products because of space. But definitely check it out.
