Nice location, not far from the interstate. Close to restaurant's. This is a bare bones room (bed, TV, and a bathroom). No fridge, coffee maker, or microwave. You get what you pay for, all I needed was a place to sleep and this place was perfect for that.

Basically a place to sleep and shower, nothing else. No ironing board, no real furniture except the bed. There was a small table and cheap plastic chair, nowhere to work, the room looked like a cave. As stated, if a bed and shower are all you're looking for, this is sufficient. Staff wasn't rude, just uncaring. There were maybe a total of 10 rooms occupied on the ground floor, yet staff wouldn't give me a ground floor room. I had a large, heavy suitcase and I've had three back surgeries. NOT AMERICAN OWNED. Cultural differences abound. As stated, staff was uncaring.

Check in was smooth and easy.  Front desk staff was great!  There was no soap or shampoo in the room.  The floor was dirty.  TV needs upgraded to higher resolution.  Could hear some noise from the road nearby.

We stay here often as we travel with our cats. I wish you had a discount program or some sort of loyalty reward program. The rooms are comfortable. A microwave or fridge would be nice in some locations.

They definitely need to get someone who speaks English at the front desk. The woman working asked for my credit card and I  assumed it was to check it against my reservation. I stated very clearly I had a prepaid reservation. Before I knew it she had charged my card. When I asked her what she was doing a man came out and said my card wasn't charged. Guess what? It was. WiFi was slow to non existent. Room smelled like wet dog. Staff was rude to me when I brought up these issues. Seedy people appear to live at the hotel.
