I was pleased with my stay at the Sleep Inn in Manchester TN. There were some issues involving maintenance in the bathroom, but none that would make me unhappy with my stay.

The drain stopper in the bathtub had broken off at some point so there was no way to hold water in the tub. This didn't affect me because I only take showers.

I've never understood why hotels think toilet paper should be located behind the toilet, some so far that you simply can't access it without gymnastics ability. This hotel had it only a little ways back, so comparatively it wasn't so bad.

The shower faucet fits into the 'weird' category rather than broken. The knob had an 'off' position somewhere in the middle instead of fully clockwise or counterclockwise as you'd expect. Rotating it one direction wouldn't allow you to get the water fully hot, but rotating it the other direction would. The pressure would noticeably drop as you got closer to full hot, but the water was plenty hot enough before pressure became a true problem. Adding in the need to 'hunt' for the position to turn the water completely off made operating the faucet a bit of a challenge that for me was more of an oddity than a flaw.

The brackets at each end of the shower curtain rod had three screw holes, but they used only one screw on each. That allowed the brackets to rotate, so the rod sagged and the shower curtain kept sliding toward the middle. I had to repeatedly push the curtain back where it belonged.

The television was decidedly low definition. That doesn't represent much of a problem, but it's very noticeable when you're used to high definition.

The refrigerator door had a bottle rack that was greatly appreciated. Most hotel fridges have shelves that are too short for bottled drinks, the bottles fall off the door when you open it, or the bottles roll around the bottom of the fridge because there's nowhere else to put them.

As I said, I was happy with my stay. The problems I noted could be solved by just a little better maintenance, and none of them negatively affected me other than the shower rod. The room was quite clean and well appointed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and wanting to save some money. Although the maintenance issues caused me to deduct one star, they can be easily fixed.

Nice new place. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and flat screen TV. Shower only which is good for us. Comfy bed and a good breakfast well maintained of the usual plus biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good place to stay.

Recently stayed here for one night. It was a fantastic hotel with comfy accommodations. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel has a pool and ample parking. It's really convenient to interstate 24. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Very good front desk. Very clean rooms. Your typical breakfast menu. The one and only complaint is the small square  pillows. WHY
king bed  and minature pillows . Other then that i would stay again. Good price

This motel is very clean and comfortable.  It was nice and quiet. I only gave four stars as we arrived at around 3 o'clock and our room wasn't ready til about four o'clock on the dot. Check in is at three. They did,however,give us a discount.  Also,friendly staff.
