I had an amazing experience with the people at Miracle Chrysler today. The entire staff was welcoming and made the process a great time. The sales rep I worked with, Shawn Long, went above and beyond to get my deal done. I was able to drive off the lot with a 2015 Ram 1500 that is way more than I thought I would be able to get. I honestly can't say enough good things about how happy I am with the total package at Miracle. I would recommend them to anyone anytime.

We had such a wonderful experience buying a car from miracle! They really worked with us on a deal that made us comfortable! Chris Perdue did all he could do to get us in the car we wanted. I would recommend anyone to go to Miracle. Best car buying experience I've had in a long time.

I am very happy with the great salesman, the wonderful deal, and the vehicle that I purchased. However I am not happy with a “clerical error” that has left me not only holding the bag but having to fix someone else mistake myself! The situation at this writing is still not rectified and is left up to me. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced and body work done with Miracle. Unless however something changes there will be no more referrals.

Our experience working with Shawn Long and the rest of the team at Miracle we smooth and easy. The car was ready and warmed up when we arrived. We were provided a printed copy of the CARFAX. After a bit of negotiation we were able to arrive at a fair price. I would recommend working with Shawn Long.

Although I did not buy my car from this dealership due to vehicle availability, I could not be more pleased with the customer service. Shawn Long worked with my husband relentlessly and did everything in his power to accommodate us. It was the only pleasant experience shopping for a Jeep that my husband had throughout the entire process. Keep up the good work!
