I cannot begin to explain how much of a positive experience buying my first car was. Everyone was so helpful and I didn’t feel stressed. My sales guy helped me see all of my options and put me in the perfect car that I ended up buying after saying I was only coming in to test drive vehicles. Class act and a really cool purchasing experience.

We just purchased a 2016 BMW from MotorCars of Nashville yesterday from Odil and our experience was beyond our expectations.  He treated us with special care and answered any and all the questions that we had, even after hours. It was by far the fastest, easiest vehicle purchase that we have ever made.  Would definitely purchase from this dealership again.

BEWARE!! Look through the reviews and you will notice a pattern of unscrupulous behavior. Purchased a 2014 BMW on 2/3/18 and was told that they couldn't figure out why sound wasn't coming out of the radio 
 by our salesman David. I explained I was worried that it could potentially be a 1,000.00 repair. David continued to negotiate the deal with the owner giving me the impression the costs of the repair was unknown. In order to come to terms of an agreement to sell, the owner's negotiation tactic was to ensure the costs of the "radio" repair would not be addressed by the dealer, in other words I would assume the repair costs.  6 days later I took the vehicle in to BMW of Nashville only to be told they recently serviced this exact vehicle. It had just been in a few weeks prior for an inspection. They then gave me the list of repairs that the dealer had DECLINED that was over 5,500.00 One of those repairs being $4,800.00 for a broken amp and head unit. This repair is necessary in order for the all radio, safety & warning chimes to function. For example, if a small child opens the door or God forbid worse,  steps behind the vehicle as it is in reverse, there are NO sounds to alert the driver.  I immediately called the dealership and left a message with the salesman, David, and was unable to reach him until he returned the call two days later. I explained that I would not have purchased the vehicle had it been disclosed that the dealership was fully aware of the potential repair costs and safety concerns. I have been told that the owner of the dealership stated there is nothing the dealership can do for me as I bought the car as is and he did not feel obligated to disclose his knowledge of the repairs and safety concerns. So learn from my mistakes and many others within these reviews and STAY AWAY! When you think shady, grease ball used car dealers housed, in a re-purposed shack of a building, think Motorcars of Nashville.

Great staff very friendly and easy to work with, no buying pressure at all! They have financing options for EVERYONE and quality cars fit for everyone's budget. Highly recommend Nashville Motorcars to anyone looking for or needing a vehicle they'll get you rolling same day. Just purchased my 2014 328i this week and LOVING it huge thanks goes out to Steve in financing and my salesman Luis- Cam
