Found a great price on a good used car.  We pulled in to look at the car and were not pounced upon and pressured like other dealerships.  Found a great deal for my daughter's first car and the staff made this a smooth process.  I definitely recommend this being your first place to look for a used car!

I was recommended to Guy at CarSmart by my boss, who has purchased a couple cars from the dealership. Guy was incredibly kind and helpful from the beginning to the end! He went above and beyond to help diagnose the issues with my old car, get me something beautiful to drive in the meantime, and find my DREAM car within a week! He found exactly the car I wanted for a great price and is continuing to help me through the financing process. EVERYONE at the dealership has been awesome - Guy, Rey, Tyler, Donnie, and Harold! I plan to stick with CarSmart for all future purchases and repairs!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Whatever the service department did to the truck I bought from them nearly caused 2 separate accidents. First problem I had was they had the complete wrong size and style lug nuts on the wheels. One of my wheels started coming loose and wobbling side do side, made a very obvious noise and feel. The wheel could have come off when I was driving and caused serious damage. The next big thing was when a brake caliper bolt flew off, causing the caliper to become misaligned and actually rub up on the inside of my wheel. They said they did an inspection and performed maintenance on the vehicle before listing it for sale, but if so they should have caught things like this. I also think they put cheap a$$ oil in there, and probably cheap gas too, which this car shouldn't have. Started hearing the engine ping after about 2k miles and not long after the check engine light came on. I've only had the car for a few months and it's only been driven about 4k miles at this point. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

This was the first time my wife and I had bought a new(er) car.  We've been looking online for a minivan for about a week solid.  We were hesitant to go to a dealership due to the reputation of high pressure sales and over-priced vehicles.  The team at Car Smart was a breath of fresh air for us.  There was no pressure to buy.  They were very transparent about the cost of the vehicle we were looking at.  We felt very comfortable to make a good decision about our purchase.  I highly recommend Car Smart for your next vehicle purchase.

I was in a bad experience with another car dealer. I was recommended to Rich by my family member. I went in expecting the same typical sales people at a normal car dealership, but how everyone at CarSmart treat their customers is amazing!!! Everyone was very kind, warming, and very experienced. It's wasn't like a sales transaction, it was very comfortable and simple. They explain everything, they go over everything in great detail with you, and they take the time to make sure that you understand everything that you are agreeing to and signing to. Nothing was hidden or "sugar coated". I dealt with Rich and Chris (they are wonderful). I've already told so so many people about the great experience I've had with CarSmart. I just thank everyone for getting me in my wonderful car!!!
