Unfortunately, only one of two parts was sent.  So the second part was then re-ordered.  When the repairman got into the machine, the two parts weren't the problem.  Yet a third part has been ordered and we are still waiting for that.  We have had this repairman for years and he is very conscientious and skilled.  When he was able to finally break our washer loose (it's in very tight quarters)and see more clearly what was wrong he immediately ordered the third part.  He felt really bad about everything and gave me his personal cell number and asked that I call him and he would come back on his vacation time to fix it for us.  He lives in a completely different town!  All in all, we have waited for this repair for just shy of two months.  Hardly seems worth having a maintenance and repair agreement!  Why one can't get something shipped by FED-Ex or a similar fast service when such things occur seems like very poor policy to me.

My visit from George was exceptional.  Went out of his way to be helpful and was very considerate.  David came for the follow up.  He was extra nice too.  He showed me how to take off a cover for the light in my oven..

I was shocked that replacing my light bulb in my oven was not covered by my maintenance plans that I have spent hundreds of dollars on.  I still cannot believe it!  the 5 stars are for the George and David.  Not Sears maintenance plan and the men who wrote the exceptions to the plan.

Dennis is the best!  He is so knowledgeable and friendly.  He gets the job done and we know it has been done correctly!

Outstanding service person and had to order parts to complete repair.  Upon installation everything worked great.  So far no problems.  Great service and personnel.
