My husband and I switched over to Eric because of their excellent customer service along with lower payments.  Jarrett Owens helped us when buying a new car and got us thorough, reasonably priced coverage for our new vehicle immediately (even with us letting him know last minute)!  It's so great to work with an agency like this where you can have a personal relationship and go-to person for any changes, concerns, or questions.  Highly recommend them!

I had the pleasure of working with Jarrett Owens at Erie Insurance. He was very helpful in assisting getting me home insurance during my first home buying experience, and then even more helpful when it came to needing auto insurance for our car! He is very responsive, and worked hard to get us affordable rates! It's nice to have such friendly folks to work with when it comes to purchasing insurance!!

Jarrett Owens is amazing! He goes above and beyond to quote with multiple insurance carriers and get his clients the best rates and more importantly- the most thorough coverage. He went over each option with me and helped me understand the different quotes, and ended up lowering my payments and improving my coverage. Highly recommend him if you're looking for an agent.

I'm completely sold on Eric for all my insurance needs. He helped me and my family not only save money, but also make sure that we were properly covered, as we discovered that we were under insured with our old policy as he was putting together our quotes. It's not just about saving money, either. Eric cares, and makes sure his clients are covered by trusted, reputable insurance companies, so you get the best coverage at the best rates.
