Most of the personnel was very pleasant and nice. One young man may need a little customer service training if he's going to check in customers. I really appreciated the rooms having a micro and fridge. The laundry facilities were inoperative or I would have rated a 5. Thank you for the comfortable and reasonably priced stay!

Decent place to stay. Clean room for the most part. Staff is very nice and polite. I rented my room for 15 days and the second day started getting bite by bed bugs. Front desk was very nice and relocated us until management came later that day. They did whatever they could to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Price is decent as well. I would stay here again. Especially after the bug situation is under control. And although there's cable, there's only a few channels and four of them are news channels. Disappointed about that as well. But overall not too bad.

This is a good Motel 6. Sounds like total oxymoron but it's true! LOL It's clean, safe, and the staff is nice. The rooms are updated, and have hard wood floors. There are not any bugs or dust bunnies. I just wish there were a few more amenities. But for 39.95 out the door. I am definitely not going to complain....

BUG INFESTATION!!!  My daughter and I stayed here because of the convenient location and economic room rates.  We had a late check in and wanted to go straight to sleep. When we first walked into the room and turned on the lights, my daughter saw something scurry under the refrigerator and it made her uneasy.  I looked under the refrigerator with the flashlight on my cell phone but didn’t see anything and I told her it was probably just a spider.  I took a shower before bed and that is when I noticed COCKROACHES coming in and out of a crack in the wall.  I didn’t want to alarm my daughter whom was nearly asleep, so I captured some of the bugs with items nearby such as the plastic cups and ice bucket.  I wanted to change rooms however, the front desk person mentioned to another potential guest that the motel were sold out.  Things went from bad to worse when I climbed into bed with BED BUGS.  I have never seen a bed bug before so I looked up on google images to see if what I was seeing was indeed bed bugs.  My daughter was woken up as I turned on every light to investigate the unwanted pests.  I determined that it was probably lint on our sheets and not bugs since they were not moving.  In the morning, I went down to the front desk to speak with staff about the cockroaches and offered to show them.  Staff went with me to my room and first fixed the broken toilet that had been continuously running.  Then, to my dismay, the cockroaches I captured escaped from under the cups.  I showed the employee the opening in the wall where they were coming in and out from and they mentioned that “the room directly below us had been infested with cockroaches and that they were probably in the walls.”  I showed the employee our bedding and was told “the rooms had been recently treated for bed bugs and these were more than likely dead ones.”  My daughter and I checked out immediately and upon returning the room key, I calmly told the front desk of our awful experience and asked if I could get a discount.  I was told that because they didn’t see the bugs, they could not or would not offer a credit until TERMINEX came out and proved it.  I don’t really care about the discount or credit more than the feeling that I was not believed by the front desk agent.  Customers beware, this motel is in denial about their bug infestation.  Run from this place!!!!!

Very clean very nice it is hard to keep things perfect with the snowy weather. I had some really really noisy neighbors but Cassie at the front desk handled it very professionally even after they did not listen and continued their screaming match, some people never learn. The value for what you get is awesome and it was so conveniently close to everything I was headed to thanks again will def be booking with yall once more!
