I would stay here longer if I didn't have to move to California, the owner of the park is friendly, nice and a good good friend I'm happy to have. Kurt at the office is a blast, he's fair with everything you need at the park.  You cannot beat the price for camping n town. My electric bill has always been anywhere from 50 to 65 bucks a month, winter or summer. Peace on !!!!

Quiet and Clean.  Several restaurants within a short walk.  However, laundry dryers are frequently non-operable and are precious few to begin with.

owner is nice and keeps park clean. Restrooms are big and clean.must put a depoist to get a restroom key. Electric is billed extra. No wifi. great views of the mountain on one side and road on other.pay 540.00 a month for a 28ft motorhome.

Long term residents have to pay extra for using the showers.  Wi-Fi  (free - not!!) is only free if you're within range of the building. Otherwise you have to pay for that,  too. Prices advertised on the internet picture for monthly rentals are extremely  outdated. They START at 500/month PLUS electric and your propane...

No Wi-Fi, noisy neighbors. You have to pay extra to use their showers. The only place there is "wifi" is by the office. Went to tell the office people it does not reach my spot and the office lady barely looked at me and honestly did not care. She watched tv the whole time. No Wi-Fi is fine but at least have the decency to pay attention when one of your campers is talking.
