Perfect location and beautiful cabins! Tina is very friendly and so helpful! Cabins are clean and well equipped with a kitchenette and plenty of towels. Bed is very comfy and there are plenty of pillows too! Hot tub is a huge bonus after hiking all day! Loved it and will definitely stay there next time we're in Estes!

Clean and cozy couples cabin.  It has a king size bed and a two person hot tub in the room.  Also a microwave,  mini fridge and small kitchenette. Our cabin was dog friendly, but not all of them are.  I would stay here again.  Beautiful scenery.

Can't say enough good things about this place! We stayed here for our anniversary in 2013 and enjoyed it so much we went back for our anniversary this year. It is the cleanest, most peaceful, comfortable lodging we have ever experienced. We will be going back as soon as we can!

I was excited to book this place for 2 nights. But the 19 year "experienced" lady on the other end of the phone just sucked out the excitement of staying here. So unfortunately we couldn't give a further review...

We love this place! My husband found it for our 6th Anniversary and we stayed in the Rustic Romance cabin. It was everything we needed to unplug from city life. We rebooked for another short get away during a busy season of our lives and are staying in the Bear Country cabin this weekend. It's close to downtown Estes but secluded enough. The in room hot tub and small kitchenette really make for perfect romantic getaway when we need it. The rooms are very clean and well taken care of. The owners are gracious and I appreciate how they've accommodated us. We are highly recommending Mountain Shadows Resort to friends and family. It's now one of our regular Estes places to book.
