A home away from home awaits you in the majesty of Estes Park. Our two properties consist of 26 units along the Fall River and are the sites of the coziest accommodations in the Rockies. Guests can expect a warm welcome from our on-site property managers, condos and suites that are equipped with every amenity you might need, and exceptional service throughout your stay. We stayed in a great condo here for Thanksgiving, and had more family staying in the condo next door. Both had all the amenities we needed (dishes, full kitchen with everything needed to cook meals). I thought it was very nice, has a great view and nice to have the river so close with a nice little deck to enjoy it on. Great location, close to the park and a short drive into downtown Estes Park. It's not walking distance to downtown, but an otherwise fairly handy location with a nice view. I'd happily stay here again.

This place was awesome. Very quiet and away from town. With the Fall River out front, this location was very relaxing. I stayed in one of the one bedroom apartments with my wife and was very comfortable. The condo was fully furnished, had a fireplace, kitchen, complete with dishes, pots, and pans. Also had a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom with a separate bathroom that has a shower. Only about 2 miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. Very nice place. The only thing I didn't like was ourb kitchen sink dripped and there were three or four light bulbs burned out.

Well stocked, clean condos right on a tranquil river close to town and the entrance to rocky Mountain national park. Wildlife abounds. Attention to detail including cozy seats overlooking the river in front of most units.

Loved the stay here. Wish i was better prepared and got my fishing license, because the neighbors were catching trout through our stay there in the river which ran alongside the backyard. The cabin was nice and cozy and the company made sure we had everything we needed.

This place was amazing - beautiful, clean, quaint, and just perfect for my vacation. The amenities provided were great - like washer, dryer, plates, appliances, etc. Even though they were fully booked, it was quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend for people to stay here.
