“Museum”? Nope. “Ice cream”? Kinda. You do get 3 very small samples. And cotton candy because, well, because you need the sugar? What does cotton candy have to do with ice cream? Actually what does this place have to do with ice cream? Still trying to figure that one out. If you like fun houses like those at a state fair, this will appeal (maybe). It even includes a ring toss game, swings and ping pong table. Ping pong? If you are expecting more, go elsewhere. If you like the color pink, you will never want to leave. This place would be a good fit for Pier 39.

A.K.A., Museum of Plastic. Don't knock yourself out. Even with kids, it really is just settings for photos, each one constructed out of candy colored plastics. Even the ice cream sample came with a plastic spoon which is a small thing, but unforgivable. The only thing cool about it is the name and the look of the old bank building on the outside with the pink banners. I'd rather go through Disneyland's It's A Small World than do this again.

We arrived 15min early on 9/16 as requested with our 2 year old and 3 year old; everyone very excited. No bathrooms were made available and we were told to go to Starbucks around the corner. Then the entrance was delayed by 25 minutes and as you can imagine with two toddlers this was very difficult. But the real problem started when a small party in front of us (4 people with 11am tickets) merged with their friends and family of 22 more people that all had tickets for later showings. This put an extra 22 people in the 11am group that shouldn't have been there and clogged up the flow. They were rude, walking back to previous rooms and holding up the experience by making people wait for their party to all go through the experience first. This was an event we were greatly looking forward to but it turned out to be a nightmare. My kids both lost interest from the long wait created at every step of the way by this large party and nobody at the museum attempted to fix the problem. Myself and several other people complained to the workers in each room along the way but nothing was done. The leader of this group physically blocked people that werent in her party from moving forward by putting her arm out and asking her friends and family to come to the front. This made the whole experience uncomfortable and we'd like our money back!

Fun installations and friendly, energetic staff. However, it was really hot, stuffy, and crowded, we spent most of the time waiting in line, and they wouldn't provide us water so by the end we were pretty uncomfortable and cranky. It's in pretty poor taste to not provide tap water if you're serving salty, sugary food in a hot and stuffy environment, and charging $40 a person. Sprinkle pool was much smaller than I expected and they rushed us through it even though we were the second to last group, it was the last installation, and there were still 15 minutes until closing.
