I rarely write reviews but had to give credit where credit is due! I've been looking for a new car for my wife for two months with no luck. Each shopping experience has been horrendous! The worst experience was finding a car and going back the next day to purchase only to find the salesman sold it the night before ~*!~*~!~*. I gave it one last shot before going the online route. I drove one hour to Mini Mall of Georgia and was pleasantly surprised. Didn't purchase a car the first visit but was impressed with sales person Mike and decided to go back after seeing a car online. Mike wasn't available when my wife and I returned so Victor assisted me. Victor had only been there 2 weeks so I was reluctant to proceed. Victor did an excellent job in identifying our needs and even though Mike was busy, he coached him to make sure he met our needs. After deciding on a car, I regretted the next step, the Sales managers "Can't do that deal too low price discussion." Surprisingly the Sales Manager, Milton, followed the same caring procedure and identified our financial needs. What a great culture they have for CUSTOMER COMES FIRST, profits will follow. I've worked in sales and procurement of two of the largest Fortune 500 companies in the world and Mini Mall of Ga. is on to something. I highly recommend shopping them for your next purchase.

I came here after doing business with another Mini dealership. I am so glad I switched. Carly Vendemia was great. She was most patient with me and my eccentricities. I highly recommend her. Aaron was also helpful answering questions. Paul in the finance department was very respectful and considerate. This dealership is superlative.

No doubt, one of the most pleasant encounters I've had with an employee of ANY company, period. Aaron Haji, the man who took care of our car, was friendly yet straight to the point as far as what our car needed to be serviced for. We were told what our car was covered/scheduled for today (maintenance-wise), what all we could have done today, and how long the process would take. All of which is standard procedure, but the level of professionalism was much appreciated. He explained what all MINI has to offer but didn't pose a rude & pushy nature where we felt uncomfortably pushed to purchase something beyond our needs (Despite my temptation to buy the MINI car puzzle). All jokes aside, if this man isn't of high ranking at this facility, I HIGHLY recommend he be up for consideration for a higher position. The man demonstrates both an extensive knowledge as well as passion for his trade. All in all: 10/10 would recommend.

Jordan was great as my sales advisor. He was thorough and had everything ready when I arrived and it made our closing smooth and quick. Lots of dealers will keep you waiting for hours, but everyone at Mall of Georgia Mini was great to deal with. The GM gave me a fair deal, Paul in Finance made it easy to close, and Jordan was there to coordinate the paperwork and get me out the door quickly. Nice group, fair price, easy transaction. That's what I want in a dealership and I will recommend them to my friends. Janeann

Great experience! My salesperson found what I was looking for and I had first dibs on it! Sales experience was smooth and no hassle. Would definitely purchase another vehicle here. Kudos to Kaylee and Zack!!!
