My sales person, Maureen McCrea, provided the best customer service. It was the best service I have ever received when purchasing a car or any major purchase. She was not pushy and yet knowledgeable. She answer my many questions quickly and truly went above and beyond for get me the information I needed. I love my new car and I am grateful for the experience I had with her. I would highly recommend this dealership and her as a sales person. You will not be disappointed.

Sales person Maureen is such a wonderful woman. She is not that pushy care salesperson stereo type. Honest and knows her stuff. Tell her Tina sent you. Only 4 stars because of Finance, otherwise this dealership is so wonderful and they make it a fun learning experience. Again Finance as in any dealership stinks.. Long drawn out process. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this place and will be going back when the time comes again. LOVE VW Mall of Georgia

I had the perfect car buying experience! Porches, Andres, and Tom got us in and out in an hour with a great surprise gift for my husband! The car was clean and filled when we left and I am very happy with the thoroughness of the sales team in making sure it was perfect for us. Finance was so fun! Tom got us a great deal AND managed to amuse the 1 year old and 7 month old in the room. Go here, you won't regret it.

I had the best experience at this place yesterday. Andres was amazing. He is an excellent Sales Rep that went out of his way to get what we wanted. He was enjoyable to talk to. When we got there we were interested in a grey Jetta but we changed our mind after a few minutes and went with another color (after he started the paperwork). He did not seem mad or bothered that we changed our mind. The place was great. Not only the people but the place itself was awesome with their decor. I would recommend this place to anyone. Once you get past the Sales process and go to the financial part everyone is just as great. Tom was our finance guy and he kept us entertained the whole time. If you're in the area stop by here!

Staff was excellent. Searched around the area and couldn't find any place that even came to to matching price and service. Made the entire car buying process very easy. Mason R. was excellent and not pushy like most car salesmen, which is big for me! I would 100% buy from here again.
