After a long search for a car and  countless dealership visits,  Jim Ellis Mall of GA was a breath  of fresh air.  My sales consultant, John Harrison, was awesome, straight forward, and helpful. In finance, Jasmine was a pleasure to work with. She worked super hard to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. John and Jasmine both may deserve some sort of trophy. I can be a tall order at times.
I also had the pleasure of working with Fred in finance. He was quick, friendly and most of all, very helpful. I highly recommend doing business with any and all of these individuals. They each went over and beyond to  make sure I was taken care of.

Overall very pleasant experience. After being burned by a nearby big-name Chevrolet dealership, I decided to give GMC and Jim Ellis a shot. Seymour Content and Jason H were very friendly and helpful in the Sales Dept and Fred was a pleasure to work with on the Finance side. Would recommend.

I worked with Morris Walker, who kept me informed over several weeks about a used car that I was interested in. I never felt pressured to purchase, and Morris did everything he could to help me test drive the car, take it to my mechanic, and get a very fair price. The negotiation process was simple and hassle-free. I'm thankful to have worked with Morris and the team at Jim Ellis.

The visit was very comfortable. Sean explained everything to be done to my car. Showed me around the lounge; (Even though I had been there several times before.) he wanted to make sure that I was comfortable. Other employees also checked on me to be sure that I had everything I needed.  Everyone was very pleasant and kind.

We had a great car buying experience at Jim Ellis. Morris was awesome. He was very respectful of my time and listened to what I was looking for and found the perfect car for me. Very happy with my purchase!
