Beware ladies.   They will rip you off.      My wife was wanting to drive to Florida and I was unable to take time off to install the brakes myself.    she called P.M. ford to do it.    

They charged my wife 350 dollars to install JUST THE PADS.   The tires were already off for the "free rotation"   I had new rotors already.     

If you have never changed pads before, I can tell you it takes me about 2 hours and I have to find my tools, jack, blocks etc.   

They will rip you off and charge you 25 dollar "shop fees" for, as I was told, "rags and such"  

Stay away!

BTW, don't bother having your director of customer service call me.   They offered their "free" oil change.    How about you guys use that oil to go pound sand.

In response to Paul Miller (owner).  So you couldn't find my wife in your system?  I am not surprised.  Did you try Ms Thompson?  Perhaps you searched for "wife of Charlie or maybe "your wife".    Lets be real here...by saying my wife is not in your system you are trying to claim that I am somehow mistaken..maybe I went to a different Paul miller ford...You don't even know my wife's name Einstein !!!   You expect people to fall for that carp?  "Duh..she's not in OUR system"

Folks if you value your money you would be wise to avoid this place.

I had an absolute, wonderful experience with Paul Miller Ford service department.  The technician was able to quickly diagnose a problem that another service department was unable to find in over a year's time. The service advisor and service manager were friendly, helpful, and courteous.  The waiting area was super, with many amenities to enjoy while you wait.  The drive from London was well worth it!

The only reason I’m giving them one star is the sales department. They where great. But the service department is so bad that it ruins my whole experience in dealing with the organization. Having been an auto mechanic in the past and working in the  industry their service and performance is far below the standards I find even remotely acceptable.

I added Paul Miller Ford as my preferred dealer for when I need service on my vehicle.  Super easy and streamlined process, and the staff are very friendly and courteous.  The waiting area keeps you occupied and has food and coffee available.  I was able to catch up on the scores over the weekend on the TVs and have some coffee.  It was relatively busy when I dropped my truck off but even so, I was in and out in just about an hour for my service.  I am very satisfied with the customer service.

I live in Versailles and do not often come to this side of Lexington. I had a card for a free oil change that I bought at a charity auction (I am sure Paul Miller donated it to them). I called to see if I needed an appointment. Nope. I showed up right around 5:00 having driven from Frankfort, so the engine was HOT. They checked me in. I asked if I could pay extra to have the tires rotated. Was told they would do it for free. Impressed. Waiting area was nice and some of the artifacts from the 1970's and before were very interesting to me. Picked up my free coffee, decaf, and fresh after 5:00 p.m. which was impressive. Comfortable waiting area. Almost fell asleep. Then they told me it was almost ready - they just had to wash it. They washed it! On a free oil change they washed my truck. Very nice from start to finish.
