The best buying experience my wife and I have EVER had at a car dealership!! Not the hassle you get from other car lots. No high pressure sales tactics, no constant haggling. We were in and out very quickly most of that time we were waiting on the vehicle to be cleaned and fueled!! Ask for Jim Grisso, he’s an awesome salesman!! WE WILL GO BACK!!!

Purchasing our first Subaru was a painless buying experience. Most of our communication was carried out prior to our visit to the dealership. The price was shared, test drive conducted, and paperwork signed. Very quick buying experience. Mark and Kristen were great people to work with! Very satisfied with the buying experience. Quantrell's facilities are top notch!

Winfrey Kirkpatrick is the best salesperson we have ever worked with. Hands down. She walked us through our options without pressure, helped us test drive multiple vehicles, was patient in conversation and understood that we needed time to make a decision (in this case, two weeks from first conversation to driving off the lot with a CrossTrek). Winfrey understood that next to buying a house, starting a business or getting a degree, buying/leasing a car is the biggest financial decision most people make. The process from start to finish was transparent and focused on our needs. When we have to replace our other car in 2-3 years, she will be our first call. And based on this experience, Quantrell will most likely be the ONLY dealership we visit. We hate buying cars in general, but we liked how we were treated at Quantrell. And we got a great deal too!

Val was super easy to work with.  There was no pressure to buy a car.  He had no problem with me trying cars when I wasn't sure yet what I wanted.  He took time to make sure I received the car I needed and was very personable.  The whole process was easy and took very little time.  He helped me with things like finding an app for my credit score and understanding why credit changes- which had nothing to do with the actual sale of the car, but made me feel more confident in my decision.  I also had an easy buying experience with the financing.  She was funny and happy and definitely not what I typically think of as the money person.  She made me comfortable with the price and payments and broke down each part of the invoice.  Val had already helped quite a bit with that and her reassurance was much appreciated.  They are a great team.  I'm also excited about the technology appointment I have coming up as it can be daunting.  The fact that you have that in place- because I would never ask for help- is very smart.  It made me feel at ease about the whole deal- like the cherry on top.  Thank you!

The Tim in used car sales didn’t beat around the bush. Was able to answer any and all of my questions. How friendly everyone was. I am very satisfied with my purchase would definitely recommend to everyone. Thanks guys.
