I bought a Ford Escape with Mark Bowen back in July 2017. I had a great experience with all the process and Mark took his time to find the best deal for my budget.

Recently bought a used Yukon XL Denali from Mark Bowen.  He was personable and answered any questions honestly.  He had time for me and never seemed to be too busy.

The final check out process should be quicker, but this is no fault of Mark's.  Actually it seems to be a problem at most dealerships.  That would be my only complaint. 

I will buy from Mark and Don Jacobs again!

Bought 4 cars, two Pilot, a Touareg and more recently the new Atlas. One or two decent sale peoples, after that, you are on your own. From service to management, rude, inappropriate, always full price, they would rather lose a loyal customer than replacing a 20,000 mile set of tires cupped from the start that is warranty for 60,000 and cost approximately a total of $500 because they can t (or don't) handle it with the car or tire manufacturer.
They don t deserve your money and you will feel bullied the all time.

Mr service manager,

Prorated is the word, customer satisfaction should be 100%, not 40%...
And you are not accurate on the facts : your service department determined that there was no mechanical issues involved (suspension system, alignment...), your service department also determined that tires were properly rotated twice at every 10,000 mile and as per manufacturer recommendation. Last possible cause of under or over inflated tires is highly unlikely, the vehicle is fitted with an alarm in the drivers instrument panel when pressure drops on any tires. 
So it would appear it does fall into the tire manufacturer defect warranty for bad rubber after all (very common these days due to poor quality rubber) and the tires should have been replaced free of charge, especially  knowing it is also a question of safety for  the customer.
On a more managerial note, you don't prorate customers for $500 when they spend ten of thousands of dollars with you, you swallow it happily in order to have them coming back years after years as loyal customers.
