Story

Quantrell Auto Group has been a family owned business since 1955. We are currently the only Cadillac, Volvo, and Subaru dealer in Lexington, KY. Our service department has an impeccable reputation in town of "doing the right thing for the customer." All of this can be attributed to our loyal employees, some of whom have been here for over 30 years, a strong customer base, and support and involvement in the local community.

We have a great selection of new and used cars and professional sales and service teams to back them up.

So friendly. Tim was amazing! My wife and I were so thankful to purchase our Subaru from them. They weren't pushy at all and spent a lot of time working with us to figure out which car would be the right one for us. So thankful to have the opportunity to work with them.

We were sold a faulty car needing thousands of dollars in repair 3 days after we purchased the vehicle.  Quantrell claims no liability or responsibility in the matter. We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on 11/18/17.  On 11/21/17, the clutch went out on it. The repairs will be a minimum of $2,000 to fix this car.  Quantrell takes the position "it's not our responsibility".  They are able to sell shoddy cars to unsuspecting customers, and they feel no sense of responsibility whatsoever to help these customers when it's discovered they are selling faulty cars.  I have seen numerous complaints like mine about this dealership since I started posting my story.  Do not Trust Them!  Take your Business Elsewhere!!  Go to CARMAX! In one phone call, they advised all of their cars come with a 5 day money-back guarantee...no questions asked.  Also, if anything goes out within 30 days, you simply return it and they will fix it.  THIS IS WHY the future of the car sales industry IS GOING AWAY from the Dealership!!  Stay Away!  They are not reputable and will not stand behind what they sell you!

I was happy with my overall experience.  George Haley my sales rep was very nice and informative. Exceeded my expectations.  I would definitely recommend Quantrell to a friend or family member.  This is my second car I have bought there.
